  • Enjoy three thoughtfully prepared, plant-based meals each day from our private chef. Sourced as locally as possible, these meals are designed to nourish, reset, and energize you from the inside out.

  • Flow, stretch, and ground yourself with one to two yoga classes offered daily, paired with morning meditations to start your day with clarity and intention. Every session is optional—this is your retreat, your rhythm.

  • Explore new facets of yourself through a variety of optional workshops, including:

    — Ceramics sessions to get your hands in the earth

    — Self-love selfies in the enchanting Edith Wharton Garden

    — Somatic movement practices to reconnect with your body’s wisdom

  • Diane Wilde

    FOUNDER, WILDE LIFE STUDIO + LEAD TEACHER

    Diane is a deeply intuitive facilitator, blending therapeutic yoga, holistic coaching, intuitive bodywork, and human design to create transformative experiences. Trained in Kripalu yoga with a focus on breath, movement, and meditation, her approach is rooted in Thai massage principles, energy work, and nervous system support, guiding each participant toward greater connection and healing. With a profound belief that every experience is a catalyst for growth, Diane leads with intuitive grace, offering a space for movement, stillness, and self-discovery. Beyond the retreat space, she finds joy in running, climbing, and embracing the beautiful chaos of raising four kids and a puppy.

    CO-TEACHER

    Elise is an Advanced Teacher of Yoga Therapeutics and Meditation Instructor with a simultaneous therapeutic and seasonal take on the practice. Forever benefiting from the application of powerful questioning and a heart for life-long learning, she liberally weaves inquiry into her teaching to inspire and intersect with the ancient wisdom of yoga philosophy. She draws inspiration and guidance from the natural world, various spiritual texts, and the many incredible teachers in her life.

  • Heather Thomason

    FOUNDER, PRIMAL SUPPLY

    Heather is deeply committed to advocating for a more equitable and regenerative food system. For over a decade she earned accolades for her pioneering business approach to sustainable, whole animal butchery as the Founder of Primal Supply Meats in Philadelphia. Drawing on the many lessons learned from her journey as an entrepreneur, she now provides advisory services and accountability partnership for small business owners. Through her writing and community outreach, she continues to champion the principles of sustainability, transparency, and ethical sourcing, inspiring others to join her in building a healthier future for food. Heather serves on the board of Lundale Farm as well as the Philadelphia chapter of Slow Food USA, and splits her time between Philadelphia and the Poconos, where she finds peace and grounding in the woods that surround her.
